The out-of-state attorney must attach the following: a Certificate of Representation in Oregon Arbitration; an original, recent Certificate of Good Standing (digital copy accepted); a certificate of insurance evidencing professional liability coverage for the attorney’s practice of law in Oregon that is substantially equivalent to the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund plan or proof you are exempt from the coverage requirement; and payment to the Oregon State Bar in the amount of $200.00.
