Businesses must be registered in the Supplier Portal to bid on contract opportunities with the City. This registration is separate from any business license you may have from the City.

Please log into Oracle here, click the square "Supplier Portal" icon on the home screen, select "Manage Profile" at the bottom of the menu on the left, and find your seven-digit supplier number under your company name in the "General" section. Enter your supplier number in the box below.

Registration is quick, free, and enables you to receive equalization credits when bidding on contract opportunities with the City, maximizing the benefit of your DBOP certification.
