Vitality Fund Intake Form - FY25
The Vitality Fund is available to companies that are actively considering relocating, expanding, or retaining their physical office in Washington, DC. Companies must meet the following criteria to be eligible for Vitality Fund:
- Occupy or intend to occupy commercial space in Washington, DC, with preference for applicants that will occupy at least 15,000 square feet for five (5) years. Preference will also be given to applicants occupying space within the Vitality Fund Target Area.
- Planning to create new jobs at the occupied office space, with a preference for applicants that intend to create at least 30 jobs over a three-year period
- Planning to make significant capital improvements to the occupied office space, with a preference for applicants that intend to invest at least $2 million in improvements
- Preference will be given to established companies in DC’s high-growth industry sectors, specifically the industry subsectors, though companies otherwise meeting the eligibility criteria for the Vitality Fund may be eligible. See full list of here.
Applicants may be for-profit or non-profit entities.
Companies that do not meet these criteria are not eligible to apply for Vitality Fund. Please visit https://dmped.dc.gov/page/dmpedprograms for additional business funding opportunities.
