MIT Survey 2 (Avionics)

This survey is best complete on an iPad while in the aircraft.

Remember, there is no function to pause/save in the middle, so once you start, you'll have to do each one in its entirety.

Please gather all of your information that you think may be needed prior to beginning.

As you are working with these drop-down menus, remember that you have to click on the highlighted item to make your selection. Failing to do this will yield a field with no selection made, and it may hinder the ability to submit the data because it is a required field.

Lastly, if you realize an error after you have already submitted this survey, please just initiate a new survey using the "Corrections" form listed in the initiation email. There is no need to do this whole survey over again.

Please identify the aircraft you are inspecting.

Please provide information about the avionics equipment in your aircraft. Note: most of these will require "Power ON".

Also, we don't expect you to be able to access many of the serial numbers. We'll have to get mechanic assistance later for those you cannot access. However, if we do ask for it, we'll tell you where to find it.
