Describe in a few paragraphs your agency's activities during the reporting period that were supported by the ELC EDE contract in relation to each contract deliverable impacted. Use specific examples.
Each deliverable is focused on COVID-19 response.
If your agency did not perform any activity to support a specific deliverable, enter N/A in the corresponding field.

Public health surveillance which includes data reporting, analysis and visualization
COVID-19 Testing
Health education and information that promotes the reduction of community spread
Professional development or activities aimed at building infection prevention and control and outbreak response expertise
Maintaining and enhancing health information systems and activities to strengthen Communicable Disease response for future outbreaks
