By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge and authorise AUSPODS Holding Pty Ltd to place the PODS container either on the council nature strip or the roadway. This is being performed at your request, and acknowledge your local Council may require a permit, of which you have chosen to not procure. You hereby relieve AUSPODS Holding Pty Ltd and their employees from any and all responsibilities for any fines or costs that may be incurred should council or other authority issue any infringement notices associated with the placement of the PODS container. This also negates AUSPODS Holding Pty Ltd from any damage sustained during a placement on a non-sealed surface.
