The AHE Emerging Leaders Action Team and Contec Professional would like to sponsor a member from a rural** hospital to attend Exchange25. We are looking to extend this educational opportunity to those who have never attended Exchange. AHE members can submit a nomination for themselves through this form.

** Rural hospitals are those not located within a metropolitan area designated by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and the Census Bureau. (AHA US Rural Hospitals)

Sponsorship Includes:

• One Complimentary Exchange25 registration package June 8-11, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio.
• Round-trip economy airfare
• Three nights hotel accommodations at host hotel

Sponsorship does not include Pre-Summit education or any additional add on items, meals, or ground transportation. These would be at the expense of the attendee.
