A LIRA report is a combined Lead Inspection and Risk Assessment report. A passing LIRA report is required by the City of Detroit for lead safety compliance.

A Lead Only inspection is usually ordered in advance of renovation to help renovators identify potential lead hazards and work "Lead safe" and can later be combined with a Risk Assessment inspection to create a LIRA report.

A Risk/Renewal inspection updates a previously performed LIRA or can be combined with a Lead Only inspection to create a LIRA

URC also offers a FULL compliance package with safety inspection, repair bids with supervision, and more. If you would like a call to discuss their additional offerings select 'call client' below.

Safety inspection:

The City of Detroit requires a third-party safety inspection. This add-on will provide you with a clear and concise photographic report from their preferred provider, Detroit Inspection Group.

Property Registration:

The City of Detroit requires all rental properties to obtain a Certificate of Registration. URC can complete this step of the process for you.
