Party Registration Form 2024-25

Please ensure your gathering follows the Student Party Policy & Guidelines. If hosting an event at a Row House, by filling out this form you are agreeing to the updated Row House Reservation Policy.


If you are hosting a benefit/fundraiser, doing ticketing for your event, and/or need to reserve a non-Row House space on campus, you will need to review the OSE Events Planning website and follow those directions as well.


Party approvals occur weekly, every Tuesday. Therefore, deadlines for form submission are:

  • If your party is Thursday through Sunday, this form must be submitted by that Monday night.
  • If your party is Monday through Wednesday, this form must be submitted by the Monday night of the week prior.


The first day for student group hosted parties is:

Fall Quarter: Friday, September 27, 2024

Winter Quarter: Thursday, January 9, 2025

Spring Quarter: Thursday, April 3, 2025


The last day for student group hosted parties is:

Fall Quarter: Saturday, December 8, 2024

Winter Quarter: Saturday, March 15, 2025

Spring Quarter: Wednesday, June 4, 2025

2. Harm Reduction Information

EANABs, food, SUPER Cups, wrist-banding, etc.

Please review the following Event Description template.


Write the detailed description below, include purpose, theme, description of decorations, transportation plan (if off-campus) and any other pertinent information. Also, please include your harm reduction plan.


If you are using a harm reduction plan on file indicate which one. Otherwise include specifications for the space you will be utilizing or elements of the party that you are adding.

If you need to reserve a location that is not a Row House, or through local means (GSB Mars, Rains CAs using Rains Lounge, etc), you will need to use CardinalEngage/25Live to do so. Locations may include Tressider Oak Lounge, Terman Fountain, Lake Lag BBQ Pit.

If you plan to host at a Row House, and are not part of that Row House leadership, you must contact Row House student leadership and get confirmation that you can use the house before submitting this form, as well as follow the updated Row House Reservation Policy. For 0-99 guests, parties should have minimum 3 sober monitors.

For 100-299 guests, parties should have minimum 5 sober monitors.

For 300-499 events, parties should have minimum 10 sober monitors.

For 500+ events, parties should have minimum 15 sober monitors. Additionally, events of this size are encouraged to have StEMS present, if available.

StEMS are an excellent resource and are recommended for any size event.

For unique circumstances, consult and work with the SUPER/FSL offices on a specific plan.


Do you have the required number of sober monitors? If an FSL organization, please send your list of sober monitors to FSL Staff at least 24 hours before your event.

Will you be using or hiring a tent, awning or erecting a stage or other structure? If yes, please type a description of your structure into the field. If not, please select no.
