A non-refundable $30 registration fee and signed agreement is due to secure a reservation. Room rental fees are due 5 days prior to event.
REQUIRED DOCUMENT: Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) User shall include the Maui Economic Development Board, Inc. as “Additional Insured” on User’s Certificate of Insurance with a limit greater or equal to $1,000,000 Each Occurrence / $2,000,000 General Aggregate. User shall indicate this is for (Name and date of event) at least two weeks prior to the (event).
