Rope has been flaked out (set up only)

Flaked correctly and free of any damage

Rope has been Visually inspected

Visual check of rope whilst set up

Harness are Good to Go

Check straps and buckles for ay damage or fraying

Helmets are Good to Go

Check tightener and straps are working and there is no damage

Carabineers are Good to Go

Closing correctly and no Damage

Fall Arrest Strop are in good condition

No Fraying or damage

Belay device is Good to Go

No sharp edges or damage

Ladders are in good condition
