Sponsor Statement and Confirmation of Acceptance of Programme Financial Terms & Conditions
DEADLINE: Friday, 2nd NOVEMBER 2018
The total cost of CofEPQH is £1,975 +VAT payable on enrolment.
This form should be completed by the Trust CEO or Chair of Governors if the applicant is a serving Headteacher, or by the school or multi academy trust Headteacher if the applicant is a senior leader.
The Foundation will invoice the applicant's school or multi academy trust, and expect payment only from the school or multi academy trust. Purchase Order must be uploaded in this form (made out to: The Church of England Educational Services Ltd, Church House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ).
If the applicant is paying all or part of the programme, they will need to make arrangements directly with the school or multi academy trust. Similarly, if the diocese or any other sponsor has agreed to fund the applicant, this has to be arranged directly with the applicant's school.
The Foundation does not take any part or accept responsibility for such arrangements.
The programme may either be paid in full before or on Friday, 11th January 2019, or in two parts (across two financial years) with one payment before or on 11th January 2019 and a second payment before or on Friday, 11th October 2019.
Places on the programme will not be confirmed until payment has been made.
Once the applicant has been accepted onto the programme and the school or multi academy trust has made the first payment, no refunds can be made for cancellation or withdrawal (by the participant or sponsor/ school), other than in exceptional circumstances which will be considered on an individual basis.
DfE Funding & Foundation Bursary
Participants working within Opportunity Areas and Category 5 and 6 schools are eligible for Full Scholarship Funding from the Department for Education. The Foundation will submit any such sponsorship application on behalf of the participant to the Department for Education. Additional Foundation bursaries are also available.
