We are requesting that you take a picture of your water service pipe where it enters the building, to help us update our service records. Typically, this is close to where your water meter is installed.

Once you have located your service pipe near the meter, if possible, use a coin or a screwdriver to scratch the surface of the pipe. Using the form below, fill out the fields. Then click the "browse files" link and choose camera. Then take a photo of the service pipe including the meter if possible. You can take multiple photos if necessary. The photo will automatically be uploaded. Once complete click submit.
