Challenge Exam
Students may choose to take a challenge exam, which carries credit and a pass/fail grade, to fulfill the requirements for eligible courses.
Although students may request to challenge a course for credit, individual departments determine whether an examination exists and will be offered. Departments also determine the passing score for each challenge exam. Students wishing to appeal the grade or credit awarded for the challenge exam should follow the Grievance Policy and Procedures for Academics.
All communication regarding this request must go to your ensign.edu email account.
If the course you wish to challenge is not on this list, please see your Program Chair.
Upload applicable documents. For example, Microsoft Excel certification.
I understand the challenge exam policy, that I can only challenge a course once, that I cannot be currently registered for the course, and that I cannot challenge the course if I have previously failed, withdrawn (W), or received credit for it.
