Our Commitment to you
We aim to provide excellent service to all customers across the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
However, there may be times when you feel that our service has fallen below the standard you expect. If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with our service, please tell us and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We will tell you what went wrong, why, and what we intend to do in future to prevent it from happening again.
We log every complaint we receive. This information helps us to continually improve our service. Any information you provide will not be disclosed and will be stored in line with data protection legislation.
