Are you enrolled in classes for the term you wish to certify right now?

Do not submit this request until you are completely enrolled (not Waitlisted) in ALL of the classes that you plan to take during the semester. There is no benefit to early submissions and changes/multiple submissions will delay processing. If you are waitlisted on a class DO NOT list it until you know you are in the class.
