This form is to be completed by County/Area/Scottish Region Lead Volunteers for members who are currently unable to complete mandatory ongoing learning for personal or medical reasons only. The member will be given a holding role at the relevant level and their current role(s) closed. Please ensure that the member is notified of the actions that will be taken.

Exemptions can be granted for 3 or 6 months. The 3 month exemption can be extended for a further 3 months by emailing a request to support@scouts.org.uk.

Please note: There is no further extension beyond 6 months.
