Open Burn Permit

A permit fee of $165.00 is required. Please provide a company check or money order payable to City of Savannah when submitting this application to our office: 10 W. 33rd St Savannah Ga 31401. Once application is approved, a permit will be issued. A copy of the issued permit must remain on site. It is the applicant’s responsibility to follow all City of Savannah ordinances, Environmental Protection Division, Georgia Forestry and International Fire Code rules and regulations. Failure to do so can result in the revocation of this permit without a refund of the permit fee.
