Chemonics International seeks a Grants Manager for the USAID INVEST Activity. INVEST aims to mobilize private capital in investment projects and strengthen the business climate in the DRC. The Grants mechanism will provide grants to non-governmental organizations including not-for-profit organizations, private sector organizations including businesses, community organizations, producer organizations and/or cooperatives who have the mandate to invest in agriculture and agriculture enabling businesses that contribute to the supply of staple foods and cash crops in the DRC. The Grants Manager will oversee the overall grants process in accordance with USAID regulations, policy, procedures, and grants manual. The Grants Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient, complaint, and streamlined grant selection and implementation, from award to close-out.
