Transfer Course Evaluation

This form is intended for students who have been formally admitted to Ensign College and have already had their official transcripts reviewed by the Registration Office. If you are not sure whether or not your transcripts have been received or evaluated, please email regstaff@ensign.net.

International credits are evaluated on a course-by-course basis, and a student must submit this form to initiate the evaluation process if seeking transfer credit for international credits (All international files submitted in this form MUST be translated into English or the request will be denied).

Only one (1) course may be requested for evaluation at a time. This form may not be used to have all or multiple transfer courses reviewed.

If you are requesting transfer course evaluations for more than five (5) courses, please use this form.

All the required fields must be completed, and the appropriate documentation should be provided. Any requests missing the requisite information will not be reviewed. Please ensure that you provide the most information possible to ensure a timely and accurate evaluation of your transfer course.

It is anticipated that your evaluation will be completed within 7-10 business days, assuming all the requisite information and materials have been provided. You will receive an email once a decision has been made regarding your request.
