Please read the following information carefully.

By applying for a Show Open Contractor Badge, you are agreeing to the following conditions:-

* Badges will not be issued before the event and must be collected onsite.

* Badges will be available for collection on Monday 2 December 2024 from noon - 7pm from the dedicated contractor badge desk located on Level 1 by the venue main staircase.

* You will need a form of photo ID.

* Badges must be collected in person (one representative cannot collect all badges) as these are photo badges allocated to each individual.

* Payment for additional badges must be made upon collection of the badge.

* All badges issued remain the property of RX.

* You and your company (including appointed sub-contractors) will comply with all rules and regulations issued by RX and the Palais des Festivals.

* Business attire MUST be worn during show open periods, if your clothing is not deemed acceptable we reserve the right to refuse access into the hall.

* No loitering around the exhibition hall especially in seating areas and cafes as these are for ILTM Cannes Delegates only.

* We reserve the right to confiscate Show Open Access Badges if you do not adhere to the above regulations.
