2025 NEA-Retired Governing Documents

Please use this form to when submitting an amendment to the proposed NEA-Retired Bylaws, NEA-Retired Annual Meeting Standing Rules, and the NEA-Retired Elections Rules.


Please pay special attention to the dropdown menu on the first prompt, “Please select the governing document for which you are submitting an amendment from the dropdown below.” If you want to submit proposed amendments on multiple governing documents, you will need to submit separate entries using this Smartsheet.


Deadline for submitting an amendment is at 5:00 p.m. ET, May 1, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.
