Establish details of the Debt Counsellor on record (Free Credit Report)
Establish the status of Debt Counsellor on record (Active/Inactive)
Clearance of Debt Review Flag
Issuance of Clearance Certificate
Debt Repayment Monitor(how much you have paid through the Pda and your outstanding balance)
Settlement of outstanding (debt review) accounts
Investigation of Unprofessional Conduct by Debt Counsellor
Investigation and Dispute of Unlawful Debt Review (documentation, processes and procedures)
Recovery of unlawfully collected fees

You will receive your Free Credit Bureau report and assessment within 15 minutes

The Credit Report is supplied by Xds Credit Bureau

Did You Receive Copy of the Court Order*

A debt review application is lawfully complete when a court order is granted by the Magistrate or Tribunal Court. The deb counsellor must issues the client with a copy of the court order. Without a court order, the debt review is unlawful.
