This is a new workshop aimed at coaches either at the start of their journey or working with players at the start of theirs (e.g. Weetabix Wildcats).

Workshop overview

The focus of this workshop is around the STEP principle and how to utilise it during sessions to manage difference and develop practices. We will look into different ways of adapting practices to meet the needs of our players whilst promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
