Councilor Green Office Hours and Town Hall at Sellwood Community House

Please use this form to RSVP for the town hall or to request to meet with Councilor Green during a designated block of time. Signing up does not confirm your spot. A staff person will respond and confirm your appointment.


This form will close when we've reached the maximum number of guests for each time slot. We'll make room for new sign-ups and walk-ups at the event as needed. People who do not sign up can still meet with the councilor if time permits.

This form is provided after receiving feedback from previous attendees that they would like to make reservations ahead of time. We are offering reservations for the morning half of the event.
