The purpose of this form is to inform the UK Headquarters Scout Awards Team of Commendation Awards that have been awarded locally so they can be uploaded to a membership profile. This form is used to collect personal data about you and the individual receiving the Commendation Award.


We take the obligation for personal data privacy seriously. The data you provide to us is handled and retained in accordance with our data protection policy. The UK Headquarters Scout Awards Team will securely store (electronically) the details of these Commendation Awards for 3 months after the award has been uploaded to the membership system. NOTE: Uploads of Commendation Awards to the membership system only happen every three months

Commendation Awards submitted using the below form will only be uploaded to the membership system once a quarter (in January, April, July and October).

The Commendation Award can only be issued by the UK Chief Volunteer, Chief Volunteers, UK Lead Volunteers, Regional Lead Volunteers (England and Wales), County/Area/Island/Region (Scotland) Lead Volunteers, District Lead Volunteers and Youth Leads at their discretion.
