2024-25 Principal Leadership Institute

Principal Application

The 2024-25 Principal Leadership Institute (PLI) is a two-year program that is based on a cohort model - current principal participants working alongside exemplary principals using a coaching framework. There is a combination of in-person and virtual experiences throughout the school year. We anticipate approximately 20-25 available slots for principal participants. Participants may choose one of three pathways: distributive leadership, early literacy implementation, or first year principal. Applications will be open until June 14, 2024 and principals will be matched with a coach by the end of July 2024. Please visit the website for more information or contact Trish Malik @ malik_t@cde.state.co.us with questions. Complete the 2024-25 PLI Application and questionnaire below.
