Speaker Hotel Accommodations

**All speakers must fill out this form even if you do not need a hotel room.**

As a conference presenter, MAPA will book and pay for one night in a standard room at the Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, MI.

If you do need overnight accommodations, please use this form to indicate your arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your hotel stay, please reflect that in your dates.
