Overland Expo So Cal is offering exhibitor in-booth camping for outdoor exhibitor booths only!

Please review the below rules, and submit the form to let us know you plan to camp in your outdoor exhibitor booth space! You will need to pick up your camping credentials in the show office.

• In-Booth Exhibitor Camping
• Outside Exhibitor space only, no camping in the buildings
• Must camp within exhibitor booth footprint.
• Primitive camping, no hook ups
• Camping is only allowed upon approved exhibitor check in – Monday until 11am
• No open flames, propane only, must have an on/off switch
• Vehicles are NOT allowed to move once placed in booth space. No exceptions allowed.
• Overland Centric vehicles only.
• No RVs, Toy Haulers etc...
• Must receive an Exhibitor In-Booth Camping hang tag for vehicle or trailer, if camping in exhibit vehicle. Please request at check-in.
• Must have Exhibitor Camping ID on EXHIBITOR BADGE. Or you may be asked to leave after hours.
• Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am - strictly enforced

We highly recommend that if you are camping, please plan to stay within the show all weekend long.

REMINDER – you will not be able to drive any form of vehicle to or from the exhibitor space

There will be no charge for camping in your booth space.
