I understand I am ultimately responsible for finding a relet for my lease contract and ensuring it is approved including but not limited to: finding an individual that matches current unit preferences, following up with the office and relet regularly, etc.

I understand that I will pay a $500 relet fee to start the relet process as well as pay any damages and final charges upon moving out.

I understand that surrendering keys prior to the relet being approved does not release me of my lease obligations.
