The Commission is developing a new resource for on-call responders who come into contact with an out-of-state juvenile outside of regular business hours.

The new After-hours Information Matrix will include state protocol regarding who responds to juvenile intake matters when compact offices are closed.

For example:

• New Hampshire’s after-hours protocol is to contact the Juvenile Justice Helpline at: 888-230-0606.
• In Missouri, each county has an on-call juvenile officer responsible for handling intake and juvenile justice matters.
