By submitting a photograph you are agreeing to give permission to Clare County Council and Fáilte Ireland to allow its use in this publication for promotional purposes, and to provide it to other parties for promotional purposes.
In submitting the image, you guarantee that you have permission from the photographer to do so and that they, in turn, have permission from any people who appear in the photo (photographers generally obtain this by asking people to sign a “model release form”, allowing the image to be used as above.
You understand that Clare County Council cannot guarantee that images used will be accredited.
