Request for Re-Enrollment

WSU graduate students must enroll each semester (excluding summer) in their graduate program unless they are granted an official leave of absence. Those who fail to enroll in at least one required term must submit a Request for Re-Enrollment to the Graduate School to continue enrolling in classes.

This form is due to the Graduate School no later than one month prior to the semester for which you wish to re-enroll for credit. This form must be processed before you can register for classes.

Re-enrollment requires a $25 nonrefundable processing fee. The Graduate School will send you directions to pay this fee online.

Students who did not enroll and were on an official leave of absence do not need to complete this form.
