If you are the head coach of more than one participant team in the PA Classics GIRLS Winter College Showcase, or should you have a special circumstance that you'd like us to try and work around, we ask that you complete this form.

There is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve your listed coaching conflicts, but we will do our best to accommodate you provided that we know of your issues by the deadline of Sunday, November 23, 2025.

At most we will be able to assist a Head Coach that has two (2) teams. Assisting with three (3) teams will be almost impossible. Coaching conflicts with U15 teams are particularly hard to solve as that age group plays in a slightly different geographical locale.

All coaches should take the time between application to the event and kick-off to make sure they have an assistant coach available should a conflict arise or be unsolvable.
