Availability for virtual Coaching Calls with each OBI Quality & Outreach Coordinator is noted below. For the fastest response, please submit your request at least 7 days in advance and use the given times for Coaching Calls.

  • Joan Kellenberg: Tue 3-5, Wed 9-12;
  • Jessi Ems: Tue 12-4, Wed 12-2;
  • Carey Simpson Tue 9–12, Thurs 10–12


Please allow for 60 minutes for virtual coaching calls, 90 minutes for an in-person site visit, and 60 minutes for virtual Grand Rounds.


Please suggest three dates & times that your desired attendees are available. Our team will respond to your request confirming a time, date, and further instructions.
