NEA is collecting information on schools and higher education institutions that have been instructed to comply with the February 14th anti-DEI Dear Colleague Letter. Three federal courts enjoined the Letter (along with the End DEI Portal and the K-12 certification requirement) on April 24, 2025. NEA is interested to learn more about whether the Letter is still being enforced following this decision.
