To be considered for this program, participants are required to meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria.

My agency will pay the program cost of $893 per participant.
I am a public sector employee with one to three years of people management experience.
I will attend all online facilitation and coaching sessions.
I will commit to a 10-week learning program.
