Sleep Well Program

Sleep Well is a self-guided program that you can do on your own time. Sleep Well is focused on learning more about sleep, and incorporating sleep promoting behaviors into your daily routine to enhance a healthy sleep environment for you. You will receive an email with links to videos and directions for what you will do during the program. You will create goals and work towards adopting sleep promoting behaviors to help you improve your sleep.

Select the date you would like to start the program. You will receive an email once a week from the date you select so picking a date that works for you to build this into your schedule would be ideal. Make sure you can schedule 15-30 minutes of time in this day each week to work on educational materials.
