PRIVATE EVENTS: We will reserve individual tables for groups but we do not reserve the entire fest field for groups of less than 500 people. If there is a show already booked on the day of your event, a cover may apply. The taproom has a capacity of 72 people and must remain open to the public.

FOOD POLICY: You are allowed to bring in outside food, either catered or delivered. We do ask that you bring your own utensils. We highly recommend Midcoast Catering for your catering needs. If you are interested in a Food Truck, please request more information from events@earthrider.beer.
