Yealink Project Registration

This sheet is designed to register Yealink projects with Nology and Yealink in order to provide additional pricing support (where available) and project security. In order to qualify for project support the following criteria must be met:

  • IP PHONES 200 or more IP phones, taken in a single order, for one end-user.
  • MULTI-CELL DECT 5 or more Yealink Multi-cell DECT base stations (W80 or W90), taken in a single order, for one end-user. Any number of Yealink DECT handsets (W56H, W59R, W73H, DD Phone)
  • CONFERENCE PHONES AND SPEAKERPHONES 50 or more units, taken in a single order, for one end-user. Applies to the following models: CP925, CP935W, CP965, CP700, CP900
  • HEADSETS 100 or more units, taken in a single order, for one end-user. Applies to the following models: BH7x series, UH3x series, YHS3x series, and WH6x series
  • METTING ROOM KITS 2 or more units, taken in a single order, for one end-user. Applies to the following models: BYOD series, MVC Series, Axx Series, ZVC Series and RoomX series.

Please ensure this document is completed with as much information as possible, so as to avoid additional delay and ensure prompt project feedback. Additional and accurate information may result in further project support or project protection.


Project support will be calculated and awarded in the form of a percentage discount off the partner/reseller’s qualifying Yealink price level. The discount percentage will be confirmed and indicated on the opportunity/project quotation provided.


This discount will be applied to the partner/reseller’s standard price applicable in the month the order/batch is invoiced (delivered/collected).


Implications:


  1. For partners/resellers who will require the stock in multiple batches and/or over an extended period:
  2. The percentage discount will be applied to each batch, based on the partner/reseller’s standard price applicable in the month the batch is invoiced (delivered/collected).
  3. The percentage discount will be applied to each batch, based on the partner/reseller’s standard price applicable in the month the batch is invoiced (delivered/collected). For partners/resellers who will commit to and place a single order for the full project quantity:
  4. The percentage discount will be applied to the full project stock quantity based on the partner/reseller’s standard price applicable in the month the stock is invoiced (delivered/collected).
  5. Single batch orders placed for delivery within 3-months from date of Purchase Order will be at the current month’s pricing (the month the order is officially placed and confirmed with Nology), less the awarded project percentage discount
  6. Full stock quantities may not be available for immediate delivery. Nology will commit to and ensure availability of the full project stock quantity within and over 3 months from the date of the Purchase Order without any changes or implications on pricing for the partner/reseller.
  • Nology will not be held liable for delayed delivery as a result of supplier/manufacturer constraints or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  1. Following this option: the partner/reseller is assured of a static/fixed South African Rand (ZAR) price on the project stock.
  2. Single batch orders placed for future dated delivery beyond 3-months will be treated as “stock required over an extended period” described in 1. above.
