You are being asked to use this form to input your details as a listed Club Welfare Officer for a Club in Sport80.

If you are no longer the Welfare Officer for a club then you can tell us this using the "Welfare Officer (Type)" drop-down option.

If you are a current Welfare Officer then the information you provide will be used for publication on the British Fencing website.

The Welfare Officer Register is updated monthly on the website.

Should the details you provide change at any time update them on sport80 and email development@britishfencing.com.

Criminal Record Check

You are required to have a current DBS/PVG/Access NI check to hold any Welfare Officer position.

Safeguarding Course Expiry date

You are required to have a current SafeGuard Core certificate to hold any Welfare Officer position or the equivalent for your Home Nation - unless your course was done prior to 1st July 2023 in which case SPC is acceptable.

Welfare Officer Training

You are required to have a SafeGuard Welfare Officer certificate or your Home Nation equivalent - unless your course was done prior to 1st July 2023 in which case Time to Listen is acceptable.
