Community Voices New Project Ideas Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in the Community Voices Program. We're excited about bringing together researchers and community-based organizations to collaborate on projects! Please tell us more about the project in which you're looking for a research partner. These questions should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to identify researchers that align with the goals and needs of your project or organization and determine their interest and availability for a collaboration. The Community Voices team matches communities and researchers to work together to design and conduct projects and studies, and disseminate findings and knowledge that contributes to the science and well-being of communities.
