Eligibility
All Saffron residents and community leaders (except those who are Board or Committee Members) can apply to become a member, if you are over the age of 18 and not a Saffron Employee.
*By Saffron residents we mean, tenants, leaseholders, licensees and shared owners.
Saffron residents are entitled to become members if they meet the following criteria:
- Being named on the tenancy agreement, license or lease
- Not being subject to an ASBO (anti-social behaviour order) or a notice of intention to seek possession for anti-social behaviour
By becoming a Saffron Community Member you agree to act at all times in the interests of the association and for the benefit of the community. You will be required to comply with a Code of Conduct on acceptance, which will be sent to you. Saffron reserves the right to cancel Membership if the eligibility criteria cease to be met and to change the applicable Code of Conduct.
