If we are unable to test due to inaccessibility or unsafe access of the test area, in accordance with the latest Health and Safety regulations, or tests have to be repeated due to incorrect information provided, the charge for any subsequent visits will apply.


If fixings are on site, these have been purchased from Kernow Fixings and labour is available with tools on site for installation.
