JYNNEOS (Mpox) Vaccine Request

Providers can request JYNNEOS vaccine through the Clark County Public Health vaccine depot. Please complete the form below to request the number of doses needed.


  • JYNNEOS is currently limited for use to:
  • Those with a known or potential exposure to Mpox (PEP).
  • Those at increased risk for exposure to Mpox (PEP++).
  • JYNNEOS is only approved for use in individuals 18+, administration to individuals <18 requires special approval. If you need to request approval email immunizations@clark.wa.gov.

Minimum package size is 20 doses. Requests for quantities in increments other than 20 doses will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
