Community Room Use Application

The Lone Tree Civic Center may be reserved to provide a public meeting space for Lone Tree residents and groups. It is located at: 8527 Lone Tree Parkway Lone Tree, CO 80124 Rooms are available for use daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. The Civic Center is only available for use by non-profit organizations that have at least one Lone Tree resident as a member. The Civic Center is not available for private use such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, retirement parties, or other events of that nature. There are two Community Rooms available. The rooms may be reserved to provide a public meeting space during the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. seven days a week. Each room has a maximum occupancy of 50 people. Community Room A has a carpeted floor finish. Community Room B has a concrete slab floor finish.
