Team Support Application - FRC

This application is for: Washington State Public School teams that received OSPI funding in 2024/25. If you are not a Washington State Public School team or did not receive OSPI funding last season, please do not fill out this form.


Please fill out this form to gain access to additional funding that FIRST Washington is raising to help supplement the loss of the OSPI funding.


We plan to start allocating funding to teams the middle of August.


Please note: It is our highest goal to create self sustaining teams in Washington and the PNW District. Because of the loss of OSPI funding, we are offering additional funds this season but expect teams/schools to put together a fundraising plan to make up for these lost funds in future years. While we may offer this type of funding in the future, the level of support will be less and less over time.

Funds will initially be applied toward your FIRST Washington Registration fees (After FIRST And FIRST Washington grants are allocated. Please note: This funding is separate from the FIRST Washington grants given to teams.)


If there are funds left over, please let us know how to best get those funds to your team.

 

Please note that if you do not currently have a FIRST Washington Booster account, you will need to contact accounting@firstwa.org to set one up. FIRST Washington booster accounts operate on a reimbursement basis only. Reimbursements are processed using Expensify. The person submitting for reimbursement will need to connect a bank account to Expensify to receive the reimbursement. Please be sure that you have the authority to do this based on your school or district policies, or that you are coordinating with someone who will be able to connect the bank account.
