Adult Ministry Team Guidelines: Parishes must provide the appropriate number of adults. The ratio is 1 adult for every 8 pilgrims, 2 adults for the first 8 pilgrims. Adult gender ratio needs to reflect male/female teen ratios. Adult Ministry Team Leaders must be at least 21 years of age. Adult Ministry Team Leaders must have fingerprint and background check CLEARANCE on file with the diocese and have completed the ‘Safe Environment Training’. Please plan in advance as clearance takes time.
