ENR2 Reservation Requests

July 2025 - June 2026

UArizona Users

This webform ONLY applies to requests made by the UA community (staff, faculty, and students).


This is a reservation REQUEST ONLY. You can receive a copy of your request by selecting 'Send me a copy of my responses' at the bottom of this form. You will receive a separate email confirming your reservation in 2 to 5 business days.

Day-of and week-of requests will NOT be accepted. ALL reservation requests must be made at least 5-7 business days in advance.

Allowable reservation times:


        Academic year (August - May)

  • Weekdays: between 6 AM and 9 PM
  • Weekends: between 6 AM and 8 PM*


        Summer months (June - July)*

  • Weekdays: between 7 AM and 9 PM**      
  • Weekends: between 7 AM and 6 PM


*East gates are CLOSED; building accessible through north entrance on Lowell St.

**Rooms may stay open until 9 PM, but building perimeter will lock at 8 PM.

*Recurring events (weekly/biweekly/monthly) will only be accepted if taking place after 3 PM on weekdays, on a limited basis. Consistent room availability is NOT guaranteed. Please see our bump policy.

The time specified here will be the time that the doors unlock, not the event start time. Please account for setup time, including setup for catering.

Please account for in-person attendees only. Virtual attendees will not count towards space maximum occupancy.

If your event will have more than 50 people, AND/OR includes food/beverage, you are required to submit an FM Special Event Request form, linked at the top. The form must be submitted at least TEN business days prior to the event. Forms CANNOT be submitted to FM past the ten business day deadline.


If you have not yet completed the form before submitting your room reservation request, you may complete it later and forward the email confirmation of submission from FM to enr2roomres@email.arizona.edu.
