Lake Cumberland Poker Run 2023 Rules & Regulations

The undersigned further acknowledges that the Poker Run is not a race and that speed in no way determines the outcome of the event and hereby agrees to abide by all the rules, directives, and conditions of the Poker Run, as set forth by the organizers, either verbally or in writing, before or during the Poker Run. The undersigned further agrees that the boat named in the application form is in safe operating condition and complies with and meets and is equipped with the prescribed equipment of the small vessel regulation of the Kentucky Water Patrol and US Coast Guard. The undersigned concurs that the boat is insured and that such insurance covers participation in the event.. We recommend the following safety measures


o All participating poker run occupants must wear personal flotation devices.

o Driver wear kill switch lanyards while boat is underway.

o No sitting on top of seats or sun pads while boat is on the plane.

o No excessive speed in congested areas

o Drive in the right hand center of the lake. Do not cut corners.

o You must be in line by 8:00 pm cst for your cards to be counted.
